Window Security Film on Cab Glass
Increasingly with modern cab design laminate glass is not always an option for the Cab glass on Forklift trucks, we recently used SolarX to fit security film to 14 machines which are operating in a well know food production plant.
The purpose of the film is to prevent splinters of glass entering the food production cycle in the event a glass panel should become damaged.
Recently the installation proved its worth when a rear screen was smashed by impact, the film worked admirably by retaining the integrity of the glass panel thus preventing the possibility of any glass fragments entering the production process
